arionpla Terms & Conditions – Player Agreement

By accessing arionpla and registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all use of the arionpla platform — including browsing the website, downloading the app, creating an account, making deposits, placing wagers, participating in promotions, and requesting withdrawals.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. Accessing arionpla constitutes acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited. arionpla may close all accounts associated with a player where duplicates are identified, and any balance in those accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. This includes your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address. You should not share these details with anyone. arionpla uses OTP-based authentication and SSL encryption to protect your account, but the security of your credentials on your end is your responsibility.

• Notify arionpla immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use shared or public devices to access your arionpla account.
• Your registered name must match the name on your verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet.

All financial transactions on arionpla are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). arionpla accepts deposits through Philippine online banking, mobile banking, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are processed back to your verified Philippine bank account.

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted. Any deposit originating from a third party may be reversed and the relevant account suspended.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on arionpla.
• arionpla does not guarantee processing times, which may vary depending on the banking channel used.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be reviewed prior to release.

arionpla reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide supporting documents as part of this process.

All games on arionpla use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are final once a round is completed. Technical malfunctions — whether caused by connectivity issues, device problems, or platform errors — do not create an obligation on arionpla to pay out winnings that were not confirmed by the system.

• In the event of a game error or system failure, arionpla may void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's balance.
• Players must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means.
• Gameplay across all categories — including slots, live casino, fish games, and eBingo — is governed by the individual game rules, which are accessible within each game on the platform.

arionpla may offer promotions and bonuses to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the promotional terms take precedence for the duration of that promotion.

• Promotions are available to eligible accounts only. arionpla reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Bonuses may not be transferable between accounts.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit promotional offers — including through multiple account registrations — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and suspension of the account.

• Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. A player who has self-excluded may not attempt to register a new account during the exclusion period.

Players are expected to use arionpla in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.

• Engaging in any activity intended to defraud arionpla or other players.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour toward arionpla staff or support team members.

By registering on arionpla, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arionpla's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim.

• arionpla is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions.
• arionpla is not liable for gaming losses incurred by a player using the platform in accordance with these Terms.
• arionpla does not accept liability for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the player's banking provider.

arionpla may suspend or close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions by the player.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of promotional offers.
• A player request to close or self-exclude an account.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements.

Where an account is closed by arionpla due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Players wishing to close their accounts voluntarily may do so through account settings or by contacting the support team.

arionpla reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players through the platform or by email. Continued use of arionpla after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
